Return Policy
We hope you will enjoy your Bildopolis Bilding kit and have fun building, decorating and hanging out in your Bildings, but if for some reason you aren't completely satisfied with your product, please Contact Us and we will make every attempt to make things right.

Bildopolis tries to see to it that our products are made with the utmost care. Nevertheless, cardboard is a natural product and some small tears will occur to the Bilding Boards during the manufacturing process. These tears are normal and will not affect their use.
Upon delivery please inspect the boards before use. If you determine that the Bilding Boards are badly damaged and may affect their use, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will replace the boards. To replace the individual boards, you may be asked to snap a picture of the damage for our records, but you will not be asked to return the board(s) and we will cover the cost to ship the new boards to you.

If your product is damaged in transit please Contact Us.

If you just don't like your product, we will be happy to refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be sent to us at your expense and must be in unused and salable condition. Unfortunately we can not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, soiled, marked, scratched or misused in any way.

Canceling an order
If you decide to cancel an order, please Contact Us immediately and we will make every effort to cancel your order before it ships. If it has already shipped, you can refuse acceptance, and we will be happy to refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. Refused items must be sent to us at your expense.

Safety
The Big Bilder kit conforms to the requirements of ASTM Standard Consumer Safety Specification on Toy Safety F 963.

This product has been tested and approved for use for kids ages 6+ and is not a "climb-on" construction toy.

When using this product for the first time it is highly recommended that an adult instruct the child or children on how to properly assemble and disassemble a structure.

Our products have a specifically applied safety edge on all cut edges. As a paper product though, there are still risks of paper cuts. Please take care with the edges and under no circumstances should the boards be used for anything other than building a structure (meaning, no hitting each other with them).

Take care when climbing through or putting body parts through the doors and holes.

Because of the heavy weight paper used in making the boards, also be careful of the edges while playing as they are very dense and can cause harm if your child falls on them.

Do not use this toy to harm other people, animals, or other personal property.

Although durability and safety are prime concerns in the design of our product, Bildopolis Bilding kits are used by young children of immature judgement and are not intended for unsupervised use. The buyer assumes all risk of injury or applicability to a particular use.

Bildopolis shall not assume any liability whatsoever for damage claims or consequential damage in whatever capacity substantiated as a result of the use of its products by consumers or third parties.
